Customer Conduct
You agree not to upload or distribute any offensive, illegal, or harmful content that may violate intellectual property rights. We do not regulate content provided by users and are not responsible for any offensive or misleading materials. Printinglance.com may remove any content violating these terms and disclose such content if required by law.
Client Artwork Submissions
All artwork, designs, and graphics must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Printinglance.com is not liable for color variations due to conversions from RGB to CMYK or for distorted images from customer-submitted files.
Proofing and Matching
Customers will receive a proof for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review and confirm the details. We are not liable for errors missed by customers during proofing. Approved designs will be printed as per the final proof.
Design and Layout Responsibility
Printinglance.com is not responsible for design issues such as:
- Graphics mispositioning
- Incorrect fonts
- Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors
- Improper die cuts or folds
- Product specifications errors
Color Accuracy
While we aim for close color matching, slight variations (up to 10%) may occur due to printing limitations.
Liability Protection and Limitation
You agree to indemnify Printinglance.com and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from the use of any content you provide. Printinglance.com is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases where we are at fault. If an issue arises, contact us within 3 business days. If we determine an error on our part, we will either reprint the order or provide a partial refund, excluding shipping costs.
Replacement Policy
Any defects or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Customers must return 99% of the products within 10 days for a refund to be applicable.
Damaged/Lost Packages
Inspect all deliveries for damage or missing items before accepting. Notify us and the courier immediately if there are issues. Printinglance.com is not liable for damages or missing items not reported within 3 days. Additional pieces may be included at no extra charge. Reshipping due to incorrect address submission by the customer will incur additional fees.

We strive to print and deliver orders in a timely manner. However, Printinglance.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including technical, weather, or global issues. If rush orders are delayed, rush charges will be refunded, though cancellations are not permitted.
