DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

Like many industries, the packaging sector has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, we are committed to maintaining our standard of fast, free shipping, while ensuring safety remains our top priority. However, restrictions and lockdowns have limited our ability to reach certain locations, and the reduction in global cargo flights has caused delays in meeting our usual deadlines. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times as we work through these challenges.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We take every measure to ensure your packages arrive safely and undamaged. However, if your packages are damaged due to rough handling or an accident, we offer clear guidelines for refunds or replacements. You must notify Printinglance.com within three days of delivery if your package is damaged. To qualify for a refund or replacement, 99% of the delivered items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. If, after inspection, we find the fault is on our end, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

We also encourage customers to carefully inspect their packages upon delivery for any missing or damaged items. If an error is found on our part, we will either reprint the order or offer a partial refund. Please note, the refund will exclude any shipping costs incurred.
